OATS
A favorite cereal that is not missing from many breakfasts and is harmoniously combined with many ingredients and fruits! A good source of fibre such as beta-glucan but also high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
They contain vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, but also calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. They also contain a small amount of vitamin E, folic acid and potassium.
